How it works
Enrolling takes three simple steps
No accounts, no fuss. A real person reads every enquiry and helps you find the right fit.
1. Choose a program
Pick the level that fits you — start at Level 1, jump in where you're ready, or try a single module first.
2. Secure the place
Pay online in a couple of minutes, or send an enquiry first if you'd rather talk it through with us.
3. Get your start details
You'll get a receipt straight away, then an email from us with class dates, the joining link and what to bring.
Before you pay
Questions parents ask first
No. Paying online is the fastest way to hold a place, but you're just as welcome to send an enquiry and we'll walk you through it first.
Stripe emails you a receipt immediately. We then follow up by email with your class dates, the joining link and everything the student needs for the first lesson.
Visa, Mastercard and American Express, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay. Checkout is hosted by Stripe, so your card details never touch our website.
- More than 7 days before the first lesson — a full refund, less the card processing fee we're charged.
- Within 7 days, or once the level has started — we'll move you to a later intake, or credit the lessons you haven't used.
- If we cancel or reschedule — a full refund, with nothing deducted.
Places are limited, so a late cancellation is a seat we usually can't fill — that's the reason for the notice period. Get in touch and we'll sort it out with you.
